To my beloved ginger, I added yummy carrots and tasty apples to create a true energy and immune system booster. Whether or not you have a juicer, you can easily make this at home and fill your body with goodness!
Apple, Carrot & Ginger Juice
- 3/4 cup pure carrot juice or 6 medium carrots
- 1 1/2 cups pure apple juice or 4-5 apples
- 1x2 inches ginger piece
Using a blender: Put all ingredients in your blender until all combined. Pass through a sifter and serve.
Using a juicer: Put all ingredients through your juicer and serve.
