One of the myths about being vegan is that we only eat healthy food… Whilst I aim to eat as healthy as possible on a daily basis, I think it’s also important to treat myself once in a while with a delicious dessert. After all, it’s all about balance, right?
As I now live in Canada and it’s March, maple is everywhere… And I am not complaining! I am pretty much obsessed with the stuff! Thus were born these delicious maple cookie dough balls.
*Note that to ensure your flour is safe to eat “raw”, it is preferable to slightly bake it. Simply spread it on a baking sheet, and bake for about 5 minutes at 350° F.
