I find it so difficult to find dairy-free chocolate that isn’t only a plain dark bar… While there are so many non-vegan options! It’s becoming better but we’re still a long way from being able to buy a vegan Kit-Kat or Coffee Crisp. When I get a craving, I therefore make some at home with healthier and yummy ingredients, just like these mini choco-puff cups.

You will need:
- Mini muffin tray
- Mini muffin cups
Mini Choco-Puff Cups
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup kamut puffs or rice puffs
Line a mini muffin tray with 12 muffin liners.
Divide the kamut puffs equally in each liner (you should get about 10 or 12 in each).
In a water bath, combine all the chocolate ingredients and stir just until smooth
Put a spoonful over the kamut puffs
Place into freezer for 1 hour before eating, or transfer to refrigerator if you are saving them for later
Can be kept in an airtight container and in the refrigerator for 4-5 days
