When I started this blogging adventure (at my husband’s suggestion, I must add), I was far from knowing how fun and interesting it would really be. It’s not always easy and can seem overwhelming at times as I put pressure on myself to keep coming up with good and engaging content despite working full-time and commuting nearly 2 hours a day, but it has opened the door to so many amazing things!
I have discovered many wonderful blogs and made several new (and hopefully lasting) friendships. These people inspire me on a daily basis and I thought I’d share some of them with you today.
Here’s a list, in no particular order:
This is not a vegan blog but it truly is amazing. Carrie is a professional blogger and it’s easy to tell when you go through the content of her website. Recipes are dairy-free, gluten-free and follow a paleo diet.
Carrie is now a friend of mine and helped me a lot when I first started this blog. She even gave me the chance to interview her, right at the beginning of my adventure… You can read it here.
Go lose yourself in her remarkable content and read her story… It’s truly inspiring!
I connected with Kimmy through Carrie, who put us in touch when I started planning our upcoming trip to California (where I’ll meet both those wonderful ladies!). I simply can’t thank Carrie enough! Her blog is beautiful, fun and very interesting, just like Kimmy herself. Through snippets of life, you get to know her and all that is part of her lifestyle. 100% vegan and wonderful!
Go check it out… You will not be disappointed! Make sure to read about her Healthy Vegan Fridays, where you can add your vegan recipes on a weekly basis, with a chance to be featured!
I discovered Mary Ellen’s blog through Kimmy (see how everything is connected?) and it immediately became one of my favorites. Just like me, she juggles work, blogging… And university where she’s studying nutrition. Impressive, isn’t it? It is even more so once you look through her website… It’s simply wonderful!
We recently sent each other packages with products from our respective countries (she lives in the US) and just look at the wonderful stuff I received! I’m trying to pace myself by eating these very slowly…

To those of you lucky enough to speak/read French, you MUST head over to that page. Lifestyle advice, delicious recipes, good plans of the month… It’s a true gold mine! Lisa is also a beautiful person, inside and out, who has now become a friend. Seriously, if you do not understand French, that’s the best reason you’ll ever get to learn the language!
Now, I suggest you start clicking and discovering. You won’t be disappointed!
