Turquoise Smoothie Bowl – Bol Smoothie Turquoise

During the week, I am lucky if I manage to grab a toast before leaving for work in the morning. I therefore make sure to indulge myself on weekend mornings with nice smoothie bowls or other delicious breakfasts.

This bowl is one of my favorites… I mean, it’s turquoise and delicious, so it’s meant to be at the top of my list, right?

For 2 bowls

Smoothie:

 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 ½ cups frozen rhubarb
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tbs maple syrup

 

  1. Put everything in blender and pulse until all is smooth.

 

Topping:

 

  • Chia seeds, to taste
  • Hemp seeds, to taste
  • Granola, to taste
  • Kiwis, to taste
  • Blueberries, to taste

Pendant la semaine, j’ai de la chance si je trouve le temps de manger une rôtie avant de partir travailler le matin. Je m’assure donc de me gâter la fin de semaine avec de bons bols smoothie ou bien d’autres déjeuners délicieux.

Ce bol est l’un de mes préférés… Après tout, il est turquoise et délicieux, il va donc de soi qu’il soit au haut de la liste, n’est-ce pas?

Pour 2 bols 

Smoothie:

  • 2 bananes gelées
  • 1 ½ tasses rhubarbe gelée
  • 2 tasses lait d’avoine
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tbs sirop d’érable
  1.  Mettre tous les ingrédients dans votre mélangeur et mélanger jusqu’à ce que tout soit lisse.

Garniture:

  •  Graines de chia, au goût
  • Graines de chanvre, au goût
  • Granola, au goût
  • Kiwi, au goût
  • Bleuets, au goût

    The bowl looks so pretty! I’ve never used rhubarb before. That’s a great idea to use it frozen in smoothies or bowls!

    So pretty! My favourite colour =) I sometimes find I don’t have time in the mornings either. I’ve been getting in the habit of making breakfast the night before, like overnight oats. But this sounds quick & easy to make!

      I tend to only make these during the weekends… As I am always rushing in the mornings! However, this one is fairly simple and quick to make. 🙂
      Turquoise is also my favorite color!
