Beat the butter, maple sugar, vanilla and dairy free milk in a bowl.
Add flour, chocolate chips and hemp seeds and mix until combines.
Roll dough into approximately 12 individual balls.
Put the crushed walnuts on a plate and roll each ball until covered.
Optional: sprinkle with a bit of cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and dig in!
Maple sugar can be replaced by any type of sugar.
