Maple Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dairy free butter
  • 1/2 cup maple sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dairy free milk (I used oat milk)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Slightly baked (optional but recommended : see note above)
  • 1 handful chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful walnuts crushed
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder optional

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, maple sugar, vanilla and dairy free milk in a bowl.

  2. Add flour, chocolate chips and hemp seeds and mix until combines. 

  3. Roll dough into approximately 12 individual balls.

  4. Put the crushed walnuts on a plate and roll each ball until covered. 

    Optional: sprinkle with a bit of cocoa powder.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and dig in!

Notes

Maple sugar can be replaced by any type of sugar.
