Ingredients

  • 4 cups of brewed coffee
  • 2 cups coconut milk or any dairy free milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract optional
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or more, to taste
  • Ice about 20 cubes, depending on the size of the glasses you use

Instructions

  1. Brew 4 cups of coffee and let it cool on the counter until it's cold enough to transfer to the refrigerator/freezer. Add the vanilla extract and refrigerate overnight or place in freezer until cold (approximately 30 minutes)
  2. Fill both glasses with ice, all the way to the rim
  3. Add 1 tsp of maple syrup per glass
  4. Pour coffee into the glasses until it's half full. (or add more for a stronger version)
  5. Pour coconut milk (or milk of your choicuntil glasses are full. (or add less for a stronger version)
  6. Add a few drops of almond extract (optionaand stir well
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
